Sous Chef

We're looking for an experienced Chef with 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant. Reporting to the Head Chef, the Chef will have a work-life balance with a flexible roster.

Bar Manager

Duty Manager

More about the role:

  • The leadership of all team members and management of operations in the absence of Heads Of Departments

  • Good overall knowledge of the industry, including coffee, cocktails, wine, spirits and events.

  • Ensuring venue presentation and cleanliness at high standards, adhering to Responsible Service of Alcohol practices.

  • Maintaining systems and procedures across all aspects of venue operations.

  • Experience in counting tills and floats

  • Managing point of sale and booking systems.

  • Display leadership qualities and experience in leading and running a team

  • Driving revenues whilst providing the highest quality customer experience

  • Working with venue management to assist and develop marketing campaigns, promotions and events

  • Background in events is highly desirable

  • A willingness to take on a true challenge and drive a venue to become exceptional.

 

More About You:

  • Minimum 12 months of experience in a similar form as a team leader or duty manager.

  • Good overall knowledge of the industry, including coffee, cocktails, wine, spirits and events.

Bar Staff

Bartenders mix, garnish and serve beverages and food to customers. They may also be known as barkeeps or mixologists.

We are looking for professional, high-energy function bartenders with excellent communication skills as they will be serving our clients.

To succeed as a bartender, you should have a neat appearance and an engaging, friendly personality. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable.

 

Bartender Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.

  • Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.

  • Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.

  • Checking identification to ensure customers are of the legal age to purchase alcohol.

  • Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked.

  • Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.

  • Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register.

  • Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.

 

Bartender Requirements:

  • High school diploma.

  • Additional education, training, certificates, or experience may be required.

  • Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol.

  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Upbeat, engaging personality, and professional appearance.

  • Basic math and computer skills.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong task and time management abilities.

  • Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc., for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.
